A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and three months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 6, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on December 21, 201.

1. Crimes against victims C;
