When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 2016, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim’s operation of the main farm by force by preventing the passage of feed vehicles and valleys by installing steel gates on the front road of the defendant’s residence in order to prevent the passage of the above main farm and the vehicle from entering the main farm operated by the victim E of the victim E in the Crossing-gun, from entering the main farm operated by the Crossing-gun; (b) obstructed the traffic of the above access road; and (c) preventing the vehicle from passing through feed and valleys by installing a steel gate; and (d) preventing the supply of feed and treatment of smokes at the same time.
