Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a driver of a passenger car in the B SP area.

1. On June 23, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, driving the said vehicle while under the influence of alcohol concentration in the state of under the influence of alcohol level, and driving the road in front of the Dan-dong, Busan Metropolitan City.
