Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who drives a motor vehicle by borrowing B.
1. On September 27, 2017, the Defendant driving the above vehicle around 07:50 on September 27, 2017, and driving a two-lane road in front of the Busan Metropolitan Transportation Daegu Do Center, and driving a two-lane road in front of the Busan Metropolitan City Do Do Do Do at the Do Do Do dong department store at the Do Do dong department store at a speed below the speed of one lane.

The Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.122% during the day-to-day alcohol, such as that set forth in the preceding paragraph, driving the said vehicle at approximately 4 km from the Aark parking lot located in the Busan Shipping Daegu Do, Busan to the middle school front roads.
