1. The Defendant’s KRW 31,161,690 for the Plaintiff and KRW 20% per annum from July 25, 2015 to September 30, 2015 for the Plaintiff.

The fact that the Plaintiff supplied various golf products to the Defendant from around 2010 to December 5, 2014 at the request of the Defendant who operates the wholesale and retail business of golf products is not a dispute between the parties.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay 20% per annum from July 25, 2015 to September 30, 2015 under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, which is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint, to the Plaintiff, and damages for delay calculated at 15% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment.

(The statutory interest rate in the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Promotion, etc. of Lawsuits has been amended to 15%). The plaintiff's claim shall be cited except for partial damages for delay.
