1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is the owner of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government second apartment E (hereinafter “instant apartment”) and the council of occupants’ representatives of Defendant B apartment units (hereinafter “Defendant’s representative council”) is an association that is not a legal entity comprised of the representatives of occupants, etc. of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B apartment units (hereinafter “instant apartment”), and the Defendant C Co., Ltd (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd”) is a housing management operator who entered into an agreement on the consignment management of the instant apartment with the Defendant’s council of occupants’ representatives from March 1, 2016 to March 1, 2019 and managed the instant apartment.

B. The Plaintiff left the Republic of Korea on July 20, 2017 to participate in a family event, and entered the Republic of Korea on August 6, 2017, and immediately after entry, confirmed that the instant housing was damaged by the water leakage (hereinafter “instant water”).

In order to verify the cause, etc. of the instant water leakage, the Plaintiff written a water leakage inspection written by F around August 2017 to the relevant company (F: F; hereinafter referred to as “F”), stating that the inspection period is “from August 1, 2017 to November 5, 2017.” The Plaintiff requested F to conduct a water leakage inspection on October 21, 2019, and the Plaintiff’s child G requested F to conduct a water leakage inspection on or around August 7, 2017, and the said water leakage inspection written opinion asserted to the effect that the inspection period appears to be due to mistake.

The inspection request is made by the F, and the written opinion of the water leakage inspection prepared by the F shall contain the following contents:

Subject to inspection period of the instant house: Procedure from August 1, 2017 to November 5, 2017 - Air conditioners: Air conditioners verification (no less than any one): Air conditioners verification (no more than 9 additional installation) - Removal of walls: Removal of three inner walls that show a large number of water leakage in the inside - Water/conditioning pipes: Water supply/ heating pipes: water leakage/ heating pipes: water leakage of the upper upper part of the water leakage of the air conditioners outside the air conditioners outside the H heading and outer upper part of the H heading, with a salgrhym of sallon of the water source upper part of the air conditioners outside the air conditioners.
