Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant acquired the qualification as a licensed real estate agent, from March 24, 201 to October 11, 201, lent the qualification as a licensed real estate agent to G by using the name of the Defendant’s name after registering the establishment of “F Licensed Real Estate Agent Office” in Sejong Special Self-Governing City D, from January 6, 2012 to April 30, 201, and from January 6, 2012 to April 30, 2012.

2. Defendant B registered and operated the “H Licensed Real Estate Agent Office” of Sejong Special Self-Governing City from June 2, 2011 to January 26, 2012. A.
