Reasons
(2) Defendant A was in charge of the supply of duty-free petroleum, inventory management, operation and management of oil stations, and supply of tax-free petroleum to employees from May 1, 2009 to June 12, 201; Defendant C was in charge of the supply of tax-free petroleum to employees from June 13, 201 to July 17, 201; Defendant D supplied tax-free petroleum from July 18, 201 to August 31, 201 to H (hereinafter “H”); and Defendant B was in charge of the direct supply of oil to fishing vessels at the oil stations within the Han Forest Port; from May 1, 201 to June 12, 2011 to the supply of tax-free petroleum to employees from H and from June 13, 2013 to 101; and Defendant E supplied tax-free petroleum to employees from a fishing vessel.
Defendant
A. On May 1, 2009 - Defendant B Defendant C on June 13, 2011 - July 17, 2011: (a) Defendant D on July 18, 2011; (b) the Defendants’ respective work period of the Defendants on October 7, 2011 - each of the supply of duty-free petroleum to fishermen under the “Guidelines for Petroleum Supply Services”; (c) although the Defendants, when supplying fishermen with duty-free petroleum, should supply fishermen with the quantity converted into the duty-free petroleum under the “Guidelines” (i.e., the increase in the temperature based on 15°, and (ii) the increase in the external temperature so that most of the above duty-free petroleum converted into the duty-free petroleum were supplied to the fishermen’s quantity converted into the duty-free petroleum (i.e., the duty-free petroleum to be converted into the duty-free petroleum), the Defendants’ respective work period of supply to the fishermen’s quantity converted into the duty-free petroleum at the H level.

A. On June 25, 2009, the Defendants habitually committed fraud is exempt from customs duties by the victim K, who is the owner of the H oil station in the Jeju Han River Loading Ship J(29t).
