1. The Defendant’s annual interest in KRW 88,767,808 and KRW 50,000 among the Plaintiff, from January 26, 2019 to May 31, 2019.

1. The description of the grounds for the change in the specification of the claim;

2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;

The portion partially dismissed is governed by the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019; and Article 2 of the Addenda thereto, and the statutory interest rate under the aforesaid Special Cases is 12% per annum from June 1, 2019. Therefore, the exceeding part of the claim for delay damages is dismissed.
