Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around November 28, 2016, the Defendant obstructed the performance of official duties by drinking in the vicinity of Jeju-ro 2:43, a second-ro 17-3 educational apartment village, and drinking on the road. Around November 28, 2016, the Defendant, who received a report from 112, was aware that he would go to India from the police officer belonging to the Jeju-dong Police Station C District of the Police Station of the Jeju-dong Police Station that called “I would go to go back to India” and obstructed the Defendant’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the maintenance of order and crime control.

2. The Defendant who damaged public goods has continuously stopped on the road after serving a police officer with drinking at the same place as at the time specified in paragraph (1) at the same time.

E Patrols cut down once a week from the ridges, and the bottom part of the ridges are set up once a line, thereby damaging the above patrol vehicles, which are goods used by public offices, to the extent of KRW 380,056, the repair cost of the said patrol vehicles.
