1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,200,000;

Punishment of the crime

On July 3, 2016, the Defendant driven a Bice vehicle from about 1 km to the two cancer roads located in the Dong-dong, Gwangju, in the state of drinking alcohol concentration of 0.059% among blood transfusion around 21:55.
