Punishment of the crime

On May 26, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. in the Southern District Court of Gwangju metropolitan on May 26, 2015, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 17 of that year.

B. At around 02:19, the Defendant, along with C, purchased and settled 1 Bobox tobacco 1,00 won in the market price using the stolen E’s credit card at the K convenience store located in Young-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

At around 02:21 of the day, the Defendant purchased and settled the total amount of KRW 11,000,000, including 1500,000 in the market price, using the stolen E’s credit card at the above K convenience store.

The Defendant, together with C, purchased and settled the amount equivalent to KRW 35,700 at the market price using E’s credit card, which was stolen at the M convenience store located in L in 02:29 on the day.

E. At around 02:37, the Defendant, together with C, purchased and settled the goods equivalent to KRW 34,800 in total, including 25,000,000, by using the credit card of E that was stolen from the O convenience store located in Young-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.
