The defendant dismissed an application for compensation filed by the applicant for compensation.

1. The summary of the facts charged is the person who operates the E farm in Jeju City D.

2. Determination

A. The following facts are acknowledged according to the evidence duly adopted and examined by the court.

1) On June 16, 2009, the Defendant purchased “G” at an auction under the name of “F,” his father, and registered as the racing on November 8, 2009.

“G” was enrolled in a horse race track on October 11, 2009 (hereinafter “G”), and was engaged in a short-term recreation from December 24, 2009 to March 3, 2010. On March 3, 2010, he/she again joined a horse race track and was enrolled in a horse race track from May 17, 201 to January 23, 201, and was enrolled in the horse race track on January 23, 201.
