C On February 20, 2013, the Busan District Court sentenced four months of imprisonment for fraud, and completed the execution of the sentence on April 10, 2013.

1. Joint criminal conduct by Defendant A and B;

(a) Any person who intends to run a petroleum selling business in violation of the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act shall file for registration with the competent authority;

Nevertheless, the above Defendants are invited to engage in petroleum retail business without being registered to sell light oil and glass, and Defendant A purchased light oil with light oil and contacted with cargo owners who are customers, and Defendant B, while driving the J tank Lriri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-

On May 31, 2014, the aforementioned Defendants conspired as above, and sold light oil equivalent to KRW 285,00 from February 5, 2014 to May 31, 2014, and sold free-registered petroleum sales business for 996 times in total, including light oil equivalent to KRW 474,006,580, and light oil equivalent to KRW 285,338,00,00, from February 5, 2014 to May 31, 2014.

(b) Fraudulent or freight borrowers who violate the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act shall not purchase oil to be moved and sold to places other than gas stations, purchase oil from which sources other than oil to be paid cannot be identified, and no person other than credit card merchants shall make a transaction by credit cards, etc. in the name of credit card merchants;

Nevertheless, the above Defendants, other than credit card merchants, sell oil in collusion with the cargo owners seeking to purchase the oil in a way that they make it difficult to identify its source in the street, receive an oil purchase card from them, and then settle it with the credit card terminal of the oil station which is the credit card merchant, thereby pretending to purchase the oil normally at the oil station.
