Punishment of the crime

1. 2. 경찰서 주차장에서의 범행 피고인은 2018. 11. 10. 19:55경 부천시 조마루로311번길 84, 부천원미경찰서 앞 주차장에서 제1항과 같은 범행으로 현행범인으로 체포되어 경찰서로 인계되는 과정에서 경찰관인 피해자 F(36세)을 향해 수회 발길질을 하고, 이에 피해자가 들고 있던 서류를 바닥에 떨어뜨려 이를 줍기 위해 허리를 숙이자 발로 피해자의 이마부위를 걷어찼다.
