1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. The Plaintiff entered the Army on August 12, 1988 and was discharged from military service on November 8, 1990.
B. The plaintiff, on April 14, 2005, applied for registration to the head of the Msan veterans branch on the ground that "the head of Msan veterans branch, who was serving in the military under B after entering the military, was suffering from depression while serving as the head of the central headquarters in the 1990 presidential team leader, and was suffering from depression while serving as the head of the central headquarters, and upon the direction of the commander of Msan branch, he applied for registration of a person who has rendered distinguished services to the State, but on September 20, 2005, the head of Msan veterans branch rendered a decision on the amount equivalent to the requirements of a person who has rendered distinguished services to the plaintiff.
C. After that, on August 28, 201, the Plaintiff had been suffering from severe mental impulse while serving as the head of the large-scale military unit and returning to the military unit again, and had been suffering from severe stress, but the Plaintiff was under serious stress due to new duties education while receiving staff training upon the order of the commander of the Jung-gu military unit, and eventually, on January 28, 2013, applied for registration of a person who rendered distinguished services to the State to the Defendant on January 28, 2013.
On July 18, 2013, the Defendant rendered the instant disposition to the Plaintiff on July 18, 2013, on the ground that there is no proximate causal relation with the military performance of official duties, and thus, the Defendant’s instant disposition (hereinafter “instant disposition”).

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful
A. The Plaintiff asserted that, after entering the military, the Plaintiff had sustained violence and bullying due to continuous violence and bullying from the appointment of the first class soldier, including the first class soldier C, and caused depression and bullying. As a result, the Plaintiff caused a mental illness more severe due to frequent transfer of assignment and low-class training, and eventually caused the instant difference.
Therefore, persons who rendered distinguished services to the State on the ground that there is no proximate causal relationship between the instant wounds and the Plaintiff’s performance.
