A fine of KRW 3,00,000 shall be imposed for each of the crimes of KRW 2 and 3 as stated in the judgment of the defendant with respect to the crimes of KRW 1.

Punishment of the crime

On February 27, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for a violation of the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act in the official housing support of the Daejeon District Court on February 27, 2015, and the judgment was finalized on July 21, 2015.

The defendant is the father of the victim B (15).

No person shall commit any physical abuse against a child that may injure his/her body or injure his/her physical health and development, or emotional abuse that may injure the mental health and development of a child.

1. Around October 2014, the Defendant committed a physical abuse that inflicts bodily harm on the victim’s body, such as making the victim take care of her face by drinking alone when the victim was exposed to a smoking school, on the grounds that the victim was discovered at the victim’s residence in the Gunsan-si C around 17:00, mid- October 2014.

2. The Defendant committed physical abuse on June 21, 2016, at the places indicated in paragraph (1) around 17:00 on June 21, 2016, where the victim was playing in his/her friendship and PC room, but he/she was living in his/her friendship and PC room.

On the ground that he made a false statement, the victim's face can be taken several times by hand, and the victim's am and her am, walked one time, thereby causing physical abuse to the victim's body by causing bodily injury to the victim, which is a child, by causing injury to the victim's body, such as brain-dead in two open days for treatment of the vehicle.

3. On February 27, 2017, the Defendant, at the place specified in paragraph (1) around February 27, 2017, engaged in emotional abuse that, on the grounds that the victim does not enter the house at the place specified in paragraph (1) around February 27, 2017, the Defendant sent a phone to the victim on the ground that he/she does not enter the house at the former house, thereby threatening the victim to “I can die with knife, die and sprised, if you do not enter the house at present,” thereby doing emotional abuse that harms the mental health and development of the victim.
