A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 31, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.06% of blood alcohol concentration at 0.06% on December 31, 2013, the Defendant driven a Cpool car with three lanes in front of the Gpolym apartment at the time of leisure, and continued two lanes in front of the Fpom apartment at the front of the Fpom.

Ultimately, around December 31, 2013, at around 14:15, the Defendant caused the death of the victim due to occupational negligence by pressure from cerebral blood in the emergency room of the E Hospital.
