Punishment of the crime

1. On September 2013, the Defendant against the victim B stated that “A victim B, who was a subordinate employee, operates the head office with the trade name “D” in the Republic of Korea,” and that “A money is needed due to the lack of head office operation expenses, etc.”, the Defendant paid off only one month.”

However, in fact, at the time, the Defendant was liable for the debt of several million won from the bond company, and the Defendant continued to pay the principal and interest by continuously lending money due to its failure to repay the debt, and even if there was no money to be used due to its operation, it was thought that it would be used as repayment of living expenses and loan, etc., and there was no intention or ability to repay it at time.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 1 million won from the victim to the E bank account (Account NumberF) in the name of the Defendant on the 25th of the same month, and received 25 million won in total from the above bank account on the 26th of the same month, and acquired 25 million won in total.

2. On January 14, 2014, the criminal defendant against the victim G calls from the Defendant’s cell phone to the Defendant’s cell phone to the victim G, a middle school dong, with the Defendant’s cell phone, and saying, “The victim shall be paid with interest after one week if he/she loans only one million won as an individual day of collection.”

However, in fact, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to repay money in time, even if he borrowed money from the victim for the same reason as the above Paragraph 1 at the time.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received one million won from the E bank account (Account Number F) in the name of the Defendant on the same day from the victim, as the borrowed money.
