1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 44,253,742 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from January 28, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(2) Articles 150(3) and 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of the applicable provisions of the Acts (i.e., the Defendant only submitted a written objection to request the dismissal of the Plaintiff’s claim on February 5, 2015, and the Defendant did not respond to the correction recommendation of this court).
