A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On May 31, 2013, at around 11:40 on May 31, 2013, the Defendant threatened the victim with the following purport: “Around 11:40, the Defendant listened to the phrase “I will not move back without coming back to Ghana” from the victim D (ma, 53 years of age) who is not good for usual space in front of the Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 106 commercial building; (b) thereby threatening the victim to the effect that “I will go back to the future only once” the total length, 36cm, 10.5cm in the daily length, which is a dangerous object prepared in advance.
