1. The Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) paid KRW 16,577,120 to the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) and its related amount from May 23, 2017 to May 11, 2018.

1. Fact-finding;

A. The Plaintiff is a legal entity that runs the printing business, main production business, etc. at PPP, and the Defendant is a personal business entity that runs the printing business, etc. with the trade name “D”.

B. The Plaintiff received an order from the Defendant to export to Japan in 2014 and 2015, and produced and supplied it to the Defendant.

C. In 2016, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded a contract for the provision of the pocket book for KRW 7,988,746, which is the sum of KRW 3,450 and KRW 3,450 (hereinafter “2806-type pocket book”) of KRW 3,400 and KRW 6,850 (hereinafter “2806-type pocket book”) and delivered the pocket book to the Defendant.

The above product was ordered by the defendant from Japanese "E" company, and the defendant delivered the product supplied by the plaintiff to Japan again.

However, the Japanese company, which received the instant pocket book from the Defendant, requested the return and destruction of goods on the ground that there was a defect in the said pocket book, and refused the payment of the goods. Accordingly, a dispute arose between the Plaintiff and the Defendant regarding the settlement of the price of goods and the compensation for damages.
