A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On October 29, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act in the Seoul Western District Court on the part of Seoul Western District Court on July 7, 2014.

Criminal facts

1. A crime committed on November 28, 2015;

A. On November 30, 2015, the Defendant smoked marijuana at the Defendant’s residence toilet located in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, and 203, after being dried into a tobacco paper, and then smokeed by attaching a fire to it.

B. On November 28, 2015, the Defendant stored approximately 0.12 grams and hemp 0.18 grams in E located in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, and stored them in a paper box, even though the Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

2. On December 24, 2015, the Defendant committed a crime on December 24, 2015, the Defendant smokeed a smoker, putting the marijuana into tobacco paper, at the Defendant’s residence, after being stened.

3. On December 31, 2015, even though the Defendant was not a narcotics handler, on December 31, 2015, the Defendant injected approximately 0.08g of philopon into a single-use injection machine at the Defendant’s residence, dilution with water, and administered the Defendant’s arms.

4. On January 3, 2016, the Defendant, who was not a narcotics handler, kept approximately 2.68g of hemp 2.68g at the Defendant’s troke Cridge, parked in front of the Defendant’s residence, around January 3, 2016, around 15:40.
