(1) A shall pay B PM fees for the total number of households (including recruitment of union members and prop-unions) to each household (5,000,000 won per household).

(2) This contract shall be guaranteed by Gap that it will automatically succeed to the regional housing association after the regional housing association is promoted and the regional housing association is established.

2. The obligations of B shall be as follows:

(1) Eul shall deposit the daily gold ginseng of KRW 300,000 ( KRW 300,000) to Gap.
