Criminal facts
around August 209, the Defendants reported the manufacturing and processing business of 231.4 square meters on the 1st floor of the building located in Kimhae-si as the place of business in Defendant B’s name, and conspired to produce and sell 2,000 liter oil tank 2,00 liter oil tank 3, 1,000 liter oil tank 2,00 liter oil tank 3, 1,000 liter equipment, and fump pumps which are different from the manufacturing method description at the time of the above report in accordance with the unit price required by the transaction parties.
1.
