A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 14:40 on August 29, 2017, Defendant D (the 54-year old) operated by the victim D (the 54-year-old) of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and D (the 54-year-old) had asked the victim at the present time, and the victim took a bath with the large sound called “Cals, the same year,” on the ground that the victim scams with the wall scam and the scam in direct time.
