Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 14, 2017, at around 10:40, the Defendant resisted “D” offices operated by the Victim C (40 years of age) in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, 2017, to demand the Defendant to leave several times, and the victim was at issue, such as the theft of the Defendant, and the Defendant demanded the Defendant to leave. However, the Defendant did not leave the office until the time when the 112 report was filed, thereby refusing to demand the Defendant to leave the office for about 15 to 20 minutes.
