Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 17, 2017, the Defendant is a person who was sentenced to a suspension of the execution of six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Incheon District Court on June 201, and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 25, 2017, and is currently under the said grace period.

2. Criminal facts;

A. On January 18, 2018, at the second floor “C” restaurant located in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City around 09:00, the Defendant stolen with one head of the Saemaul Treasury and one seal, which is the victim’s possession, within the victim’s bank located on his/her main line, by taking advantage of the gaps of monitoring the victim D, who is his/her workplace rent, at the second floor “C” restaurant located in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

B. On January 18, 2018, around 09:10 on January 18, 2018, the Defendant entered “E” in the account number column of the withdrawal slip kept at the Saemaul Bank Holdings located in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and “E” in the amount column, and “E” in this million won (2,00,000,000) and “D’s seal carried by the Defendant on the withdrawal slip,” and submitted it as if the Defendant had been genuinely formed to the name, who is an employee of the Saemaul Bank, who was an employee of the Saemaul Bank.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one set of the withdrawal slips in the name of D, a private document on rights and obligations, and used the forged withdrawal slips as above.

2) On January 18, 2018, at around 14:46, the Defendant stated “E”, “E”, “E”, and “D’s seal on a gold-free gold-free gold-free gold-free gold-free gold-free gold-free gold-free gold-free gold-free, and submitted it as if it was genuine to the name-free person, who is an employee of the foregoing Saemaul Bank, who is aware of the fact.

3) On January 22, 2018, the Defendant, at around 10:10 on January 22, 2018, set up a set of gold bars kept in that of the Saemaul Treasury located in Ansan-gu Seoul, Seoul.
