A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On December 4, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Assault, etc. of Drivers) around 13:54, the Defendant: (a) was on the front of the district of death located in 208 due to Heungpo-gu, North Korean Gyeongpo-gu; (b) was to be a F Hospital located in the Southern-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul; and (c) did not pay a taxi fee to the victim for the reason that the victim did not have any money at the place; (d) while the victim was aboard the Defendant to report to the police, the Defendant was able to take the victim’s face at one time as drinking, while the Defendant expressed the victim’s desire to “Isk and spath a man,” while taking the victim’s desire to “Isk and spath a man.”
Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted the driver of a vehicle in operation.
2. Fraud;
A. On December 4, 2015, around 13:54, the Defendant: (a) had no money in possession, and (b) had no intent and ability to pay the fare despite the use of a taxi, the Defendant had the option to pay the fare normally; (c) had arrived at the front of the F Hospital located in the Southern-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., U.S., U.S., where the victim C used the taxi for the purpose of the use of the taxi; and (d) did not pay KRW 90,000 for the taxi fee to the victim; and (d) did not pay the fare to the victim.
B. On December 4, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 20:50, at the I restaurant operated by the Victim H in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-si; and (b) even if the Defendant had no money in possession, even if he had been provided with food from the injured party, he was unable to pay the said money; (c) even if he did not have the intent and ability to pay the money, the Defendant was able to normally pay the food value to the injured party; (d) ordered the injured party food and received food equivalent to KRW 45,00 from

On December 5, 2015, the Defendant entered the L Center operated by the Victim K in the North-guJ in Ulsan-si, Ulsan-si on December 5, 2015, and the facts are all the money possessed.
