1. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, the part against plaintiffs AB and A, which constitutes the money ordering payment below, shall be revoked.

1. Basic facts

A. At the time of the Korean War, at least 172 civilian sacrifice cases, such as Gyeong-gu, Gyeong-gu, Gyeong-gu, Gyeong-gu, Gyeong-gu, and Gyeong-gu, South Korea, were killed in the Tong-young and the Dong-gu, through the 16th National Police Station, the Gyeong-gu, the police police station, the Gyeong-gu, the CIC (Special Stage), the Navy G-2 (Information Unit), etc., and the 77 persons were killed in the area under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Korea on July 15, 195, since around August 1947 to September 195, 195, for the reason that the civilian sacrifice cases, such as the National Report on the Residents of the Republic of Korea, including the Gyeong-gu, Gyeong-gu, Gyeong-gu, Gyeong-gu, Gyeong-do, and the 177 persons were arrested in the area under the jurisdiction of the National Assembly or the people of the Republic of Korea.

(hereinafter referred to as “the civilian sacrifice case, etc. against the Gyeong-gu, Gyeong-nam-do” was added to all the above cases.

The Former History Settlement Commission established pursuant to the Framework Act on the Settlement of History for the Truth and Reconciliation of the Decision of the Former History Settlement Commission for the Truth and Reconciliation (hereinafter referred to as the "Reconciliation Commission") (hereinafter referred to as the "Reconciliation Commission") shall be referred to as the "Reconciliation Commission").

After receiving an application for ascertaining the truth of the persons involved in the cases described in paragraph (1) and investigating the said cases, each of the truth-finding decisions was conducted on September 15, 2009, that found or presumed the deceased as each victim of the National Report Federation’s case, including the National Report Center of the Republic of Korea, on November 3, 2009; and that all of the above deceased were “the deceased of this case” on November 3, 2009, the deceased AG, AH, and AI (hereinafter referred to as “the deceased of this case”).

C. Plaintiffs N, R, S, and T are the deceased AF, the plaintiff U is the deceased AG, the plaintiff W, X, Y, Z, and the network AH, the plaintiff AB, and AC are the bereaved family members of the network AI, respectively. The relationship of the relationship is as stated in attached Form 1 and in the list of the cited amount.
