1. The Defendant: KRW 5,825,350,397, and KRW 3% per annum from March 5, 2014 to February 16, 2016; and

In fact, the process of concluding the instant sales contract was around March 1997, which was designated as a housing site development area with a size of 1,397,00 square meters per heading of the defendant, and around April 200, the defendant started to publish the "Plan for the Development of a New City for the Mancheon-dong" which combines information and environment as one of the sites of the above Mancheon-dong, Mancheon-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul with a view to creating a new city for the Mancheon-dong, which combines the information and environment into the site of the above Mancheon-dong, and promoted the digital media City development project (hereinafter referred to as "DM")

As a part of the above development project, the Defendant designated the E2-2 parcel in the commercial rock site development zone as a high-tech business site. The Defendant was to promote the development plan for real estate (hereinafter “instant development project”) to build a building to produce and distribute digital media and broadcasting, entertainment, IT-related integration initiative and game-related contents on the said E 2-2 parcel, and to build a building to be used for business facilities, such as operation of the Digital Press Center and education of human resources for games (hereinafter “instant building”) (hereinafter “instant development project”), in the form of “public-private joint development project” in the form of “public-private joint development project.

On February 29, 2008, the Defendant had SH Corporation vicariously perform the duties of supplying housing sites, etc., and on February 29, 2008, SH Corporation supplied the above E2-2 parcel 2,923 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) as the site for the instant building.

The plaintiff, Slives Co., Ltd., QBS (formerly, Leaded Slives Co., Ltd.), Bohon Co., Ltd., Sports Seoul 21 (formerly, Sports Seoul Co., Ltd.), and Sports Seoul Media Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "individual companies") are identified after the change, if there is a change in trade name, and the company is omitted) on May 23, 2008.
