On July 23, 2016, at around 10:30, the Defendant driven B car without obtaining a driver’s license from approximately one km from around 1 1,383 to the front road of the 1383 YY-dong in front of the 37 safe-ro 131-gil, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do.
