1. The Defendant’s KRW 42,83,680 for the Plaintiff and KRW 6% per annum from October 16, 2018 to October 24, 2018.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

Judgment by deeming confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and Article 208(3)2 of the Defendant only submitted a copy of a complaint and a formal document, and did not attend the court on the date of pleading without submitting any subsequent detailed written response. Thus, it is deemed that all of the Plaintiff’s allegations were led to the confession under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure

Where the argument is terminated after May 31, 2019 pursuant to Article 2(2) of the Addenda (Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019) as the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings were amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019, the Plaintiff seeking damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum. From June 1, 2019 to June 1, 2019, 15% per annum, which is the statutory interest rate under the previous provisions, shall be applied until May 31, 2019; and 12% per annum, which is the statutory interest rate under the amended provisions, from June 1, 2019 to June 1, 2019.
