If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 27, 2013, the Defendant driven a B car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.208% from a section of about 5km to the above road, where it is difficult to find out the trade name located in the Goyang-dong, Yongsan-gu, Goyang-si, Goyang-si.
