Punishment of the crime

At around 17:00 on October 30, 2012, the Defendant: (a) discovered a mobile phone (rativity, verification color) attached on the counter table table, and used the gap in surveillance over other persons such as the victim, etc. around the counter table, thereby putting the victim’s holding one cell phone of the amount of KRW 150,000 in the market value.
