Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.2 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On February 10, 2014, the Defendant driven B rocketing car around 08:10, and moved to the speed of 10-20km from the fourth-lane to the speed of 10-20km each hour in order to proceed four-lanes in front of the two-lane from the subway Station, Seocheon-dong, Busan, Seocheon-gu, Busan.
