The defendant's appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
1. Summary of grounds for appeal;
A. The defendant does not have any misunderstanding of facts as stated in the judgment of the court below, nor did he have committed any act of purchasing child or juvenile sex.
B. In light of the overall circumstances of the instant case of unfair sentencing, the sentence imposed by the lower court on the Defendant (a fine of three million won) is too unreasonable.
2. Determination
A. In full view of the following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly adopted and examined by this court as to the assertion of mistake of facts, the defendant's and his defense counsel's above assertion is without merit, since U is sufficiently recognized as having paid or paid the price as stated in the facts charged by the defendant.
