[Defendant A] Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant A, the representative director of the fisheries company (State) H, Defendant B, and Defendant C, the representative of J, and Defendant D, are K, respectively.

1. Crimes related to the manufacture facility investment support business of advanced manufacturing enterprises, 2013;

A. On August 1, 2013, Defendant A submitted a “Plan for Manufacturing Facility Investment Support Project” under the name of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province (State) to a public official in charge of the future strategic industry and the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province around August 1, 2013, and was selected as a subsidized project operator of the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province (Seoul Special Self-Governing Province) around August 26, 2013, Defendant A received a large amount of subsidies by submitting a false estimate, etc. in which the price of the goods is uneased, and received a premium of KRW 16,50,000,000 from the Plaintiff’s director B around October 24, 2013, Defendant A received a premium of KRW 16,50,000,000 from the Plaintiff, and received a tax invoice of KRW 16,50,000 from the Plaintiff around January 14, 2014.

On November 4, 2013, the Defendant submitted a request for subsidies for manufacturing facility support projects under the name of a fisheries company (State) that attached the aforementioned false estimates, etc. to the victim Jeju Special Self-Governing Province future strategies and the public officials in charge thereof (State) to “the business plan to support the investment in manufacturing facilities for the enhancement of the competitiveness of manufacturing business in 2013”; and on January 16, 2014, the Defendant submitted a request for subsidies for manufacturing facility support projects under the name of the fisheries company (State) that attached false supply and installation confirmation, tax invoices, etc. (State).”

Defendant deceiving a public official in charge as above and acquired KRW 9,000,000 from a public official in charge as a subsidy around January 24, 2014 by transfer from the public official in charge to the Agricultural Cooperative Federation account (Account Number L).

B. On October 24, 2013, Defendant B issued a false quotation with the price of the automatic weight of KRW 16,500,000 from KRW 15,085,00 to KRW 16,50,00, at the office of (State) I located in Ansan-si, Seoul, and to A operating a fishery company (State) H, and the price of the automatic weight of KRW 15,085,00,00; and on January 24, 2014.
