Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (production, distribution, etc. of obscene materials) shall distribute, provide, openly exhibit or exhibit obscene materials for children;

Nevertheless, at around 06:56:41 on September 1, 2017, the Defendant had access to the Internet (IP C) by using the ice tower computer in the Defendant’s residence located in Bosung-gun B B, Nam-do, and then had access to the Internet (IPC). The Defendant publicly distributed children’s obscene video files, which are presumed to be sexual abuse, such as the child’s sexual flag presumed to be the tenth first half of the Internet file sharing program, and sexual intercourse with the adult male, etc., by openly distributing them by openly selling four children’s obscene video files from that time to September 2, 2017.

Nevertheless, on October 24, 2017, the Defendant had 86 child pornography, such as “the possession of child pornography (child pornography)” in attached Form 86, such as “the possession of child pornography,” which is presumed to be sexually abused by searching and downloading “PTHC” on the Internet website prior to the Defendant’s residence inside the database (PHC disadvantaged). The Defendant possessed 86 video files, such as “the possession of child pornography” (crime No. 83, 84, 85, and 86) that are presumed to be sexually abused, such as the sex flag of a female child and the face of sexual intercourse with adults.
