Punishment of the crime

Defendant A (hereinafter “H”) is a person who was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor and six months at the Seoul Central District Court on May 2, 2013 for gambling opening on May 2, 2013 and completed the execution of the sentence on May 24, 2014.

(In addition to the facts of crimes, the Defendants, along with I, conspired with I to attract Korean Wonboxers in the casino located in the Maka Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China for profit, to gambling, and to conduct a so-called "rawlsing business" in order for gambling gambling workers to receive 1% of the money exchanged by gambling workers as commission from casino side.
