Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. As a result, the Defendant provided game water that was not rated for use.

B. At the time and place of the preceding paragraph, the money exchange Defendant converted the point of 10,000 won per 100 points acquired by the customers finding the above game site after the game, and converted the point of 10% of the converted amount into money after deducting 10% of the commission for money.

Accordingly, the defendant was engaged in the business of exchanging tangible results obtained by using game water.

2. On April 26, 2017, from around June 8, 2017 to around June 2017, Defendant B acquired and kept 15 game 13 games, a game product, which was not rated by A to operate the game room, and 13 games of “Arais thraddr f1”. Defendant B, at the same place as a policeman on May 2017, was installed after additionally purchasing 30 game products, and kept them until June 8, 2017.

In this respect, the Defendant did not receive a rating.
