1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 358,482,728 and the amount of KRW 181,896,720 from June 21, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the arguments in evidence Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4, the Defendant concluded a lease contract with C&P as of January 2, 2008 by setting the amount of 180,00,000 won, monthly rent of 60 months, annual interest rate of 24%, overdue interest rate of 110%, overdue interest rate of 24%, and overdue interest rate of 358,482,728,728 as of June 20, 208, and the obligation of 280,000 won to the Plaintiff as of June 20, 208 to succeed to the existing lease contract on automobiles from D&P, and the Defendant was obligated to pay the unpaid principal and interest of 20,000 won from D&P as of June 20, 2014 to 35,000,000 won, and the Defendant was established from D&P Co., Ltd., Ltd. as of 208.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
