The Defendant, as the Plaintiff

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company aimed at the construction and operation of an urban railroad, and the Defendant (C) is a company with the purpose of manufacturing and selling clothing and wholesale and retail sales.

B. In order to expand subway convenience facilities, the Plaintiff published a public announcement of the size of 482.20 square meters in the attached Form (a) and (b) and (c) part 49.87 square meters in the attached Form 482.20 square meters in the 3rd basements underground in the D history (hereinafter “Dong-type shop”) in order to expand subway convenience facilities, the contract area of the Dong-type store and Seo-type store in the initial lease contract, and the contract area of the Dong-type store and Seo-type store in the alteration

(hereinafter referred to as “libroom,” and, together with the book store and book store, a tenant recruitment public tender was conducted to use the shop as a commercial building, and the defendant participated in the said bidding and was awarded the award.

On March 4, 2009, the Defendant entered into a lease agreement with the Plaintiff on March 4, 2009, with a view to running the clothing sales business from March 4, 2009 to June 3, 2014 (including three months of the construction period), the contract amount of KRW 360,000,000, and monthly rent of KRW 60,000, by setting the above contract amount in equal installments for 60 months, and commenced construction for clothing sales business.

The plaintiff and the defendant shall have the same effect as June 5, 2009.

8.5. Conclusion of a contract to change the term of the contract which may be extended after the expiration of the term of the lease from three to five years as follows:

The term of contract under Article 3 (Contract Period) of the Act from March 4, 2009 to June 3, 2014 (including the period of a collective shopping mall creation) is from March 4, 2009 to June 3, 2014, and where there is no breach of contract during the contract term (including three months), the term of contract under Article 3 (Contract Period) extended for three years from March 4, 2009 to June 3, 2014 shall be extended for five years if there is no breach of contract during the contract term (including the period of a group creation by April 20 of the formation period).
