가. 원고들은 경산시 D 일대에서 지하수를 이용해 비닐하우스 수막재배 방식으로 깻잎 농사를 하는 사람들이다.

2. Judgment on the plaintiffs' assertion

A. The alleged plaintiffs, around November 2017, were prevented from or dried up the length of groundwater due to the collective revision and structures established by the defendant while performing the instant construction work.

이로 인해 원고들의 비닐하우스로 지하수가 원활하게 공급되지 않게 되었는바, 원고들이 경작하는 깻잎에 냉해 피해를 입게 되었고 또 냉해 피해를 막기 위해 열풍기 등을 구입하여 사용하게 되면서, 별지 기재와 같은 재산상의 손해를 입었으므로, 피고가 이를 배상할 의무가 있다고 주장한다.

B.
