The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The Defendant is a person who drives B Poter II frozen cargo.

On September 9, 2018, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle around 08:10, and made the left turn to the left at one way from the intersection of the Taeyang-si, which is located in the iron rail (gold-dong) in lightyang-si.

It is a place where a signal, etc. is installed and a non-protection unit that works normally at the time is allowed, so a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to turn to the left safely so that it does not interfere with the passage of other vehicles driving in accordance with the new subparagraph.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to turn to the left as it was due to negligence, and the Defendant received the Dsch Rexton car from the left-hand side of the freight vehicle operated by the Defendant in front of the left-hand side of the freight vehicle operated by the Defendant, which was driven by the Dsch Rexton car which was driven by the Defendant. The Defendant got a driver after FBM driven by the victim E who was driven by the Defendant on the front side while being pushed back in the future. The freight vehicle driven by the Defendant was driven by the Defendant in front of the H CW car which was driven by the Defendant in a temporary stop (first lane) after being pushed back on the rear side of the freight vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by negligence in the above business, salt ties and tensions that require approximately two weeks of treatment to victim E, who is a driver of the said BMW car.

2. The instant case may not be prosecuted against the victim’s explicit intent.

However, the victim E withdraws his wish to punish the defendant after the prosecution of this case was instituted.

Therefore, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
