Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On September 17, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car at around 23:09, and continued to drive 50.8 km in order to go along the direction of 50.8 km in the Honam-dong, Seosung-gu, Daejeon.
