Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 3, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and four months of imprisonment for a crime of fraud in the assistance in the development of the method of flood control, and the above judgment was finalized on March 2, 2017. On September 20, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for a crime of fraud from the method of flood control on September 28, 2017, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on September 28, 2017.
The defendant is an employer who operates the tea manufacturing business and special tea manufacturing business using 7 full-time workers as the actual managers of C Co., Ltd. in the wife population B.
The Defendant did not pay KRW 2,50,000,00 in total, as wages of KRW 1,00,000 on November 2, 2014, and of KRW 1,50,000 on January 2, 2014, and KRW 500,000 on January 2, 2015, to employees D who worked in the said workplace from January 2, 2014 to May 15, 2015, without an agreement between the parties on the extension of the payment date, within 14 days from the date on which the cause for payment occurred, without any agreement between the parties on the extension of the payment date.
