1. The resolution of the plenary session on December 5, 2014 by the Defendant’s “no representative authority, other than directors C” is adopted.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The defendant is a juristic person engaged in holding various Buddhist law meetings in accordance with the seeds of J religious organizations, and the part relating to this case in the provisions of the defendant's articles of incorporation is as follows.

Members of a juristic person under Article 5 (Qualification for Membership) shall be those who consent to the purpose of its establishment and submit an application for prescribed attendance and obtain the approval of the board of directors.

Article 7 (Duties of Members) Members shall be:

(1) In accordance with the articles of incorporation and bylaws of this corporation. (2) Members who pay membership fees and contributions to a general meeting and board of directors may withdraw freely by submitting a written withdrawal from the board to the president.

Article 9 (Rewards of Members) (2) Disciplinary action, such as dismissal, expulsion, reprimand, etc., may be taken against a member of a juristic person who commits an act contrary to the purpose of this juristic person, or damages reputation and dignity, or fails to perform his/her duty under Article 7, upon a resolution of the board of directors.

(Provided, That the person who is dissatisfyed shall be removed simultaneously with the expulsion, all of whom shall be extinguished, and all of which shall not be claimed). The corporation shall have the following officers:

(1) Not less than five directors and not more than two auditors: Provided, That one or several directors who represent the board of directors among appointed directors shall have a provision for a representative officer to represent the board of directors.

(hereinafter referred to as "president"). Officers of Article 11 (Appointment of Officers) shall be elected at a general meeting and shall report to the competent authority without delay on their inauguration.

Article 17 (Composition of General Meeting)The Assembly shall be the highest decision-making body of this legal entity and shall be composed of the members elected under Article 18.

Article 18 (Final Committee Members) (1) The appointment of a final committee shall be determined by the board of directors.

(2) The fixed number of members of a closed meeting shall not exceed 20 persons.

(3) Members of a meeting may freely resign by submitting a letter of resignation to the representative director or the board of directors.
