1. Each of the plaintiffs' claims is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Summary of the plaintiffs' assertion

A. On October 31, 2013, Plaintiff A purchased D 1720.9 square meters of land for a factory in Gyeongbuk-gun (hereinafter “instant land”). On April 24, 2014, Plaintiff B and C purchased 2550 square meters of land for a E factory from the said Pakistan Global Korea Co., Ltd. and completed the registration of ownership transfer as to each 1/2 shares of land for a factory (hereinafter “instant land 2”).

B. In creating F, the Korea Water Resources Corporation: (a) installed excellent pipes (a) (a public facility, 2.0m, 2.0m, 70m, 70m in length) on the underground surface of 159.3m20m of the attached drawings among the land No. 1 in the instant case, each of the above (h), and (j) installed excellent pipes (2.5m, 2.5m, 2.0m, 2.0m, 7m, 70.1m in length, 70.1m in length, 26, 25, 7, 66, and 26m in sequence, of the attached drawings among the land No. 2 in the instant case; (b) installed each of the above (h) and (j) on the underground surface of 145m of the land (2.5m, 2.0m, 65m in length, 2.6m in length), which are the subject of the instant industrial location and development.

C. However, since each part of the dispute land of this case, which is the site of each of the superior officers of this case, is not reverted to the defendant, the defendant without legal title occupies and uses each of the dispute land of this case as the site of each of the superior officers of this case.

Therefore, the Plaintiffs, who are the legitimate owners of the land Nos. 1 and 2 of this case, established by each of the instant superior officers, are the Defendant, and the removal of each of the instant superior officers and the delivery of each of the instant dispute land established by each of the instant superior officers, and the Plaintiffs’ acquisition of each of the instant land Nos. 1 and 2 until the completion of the above delivery.
