Reasons
1. Details of ruling;
(a) Business approval and public notice - A project approval and public notice - A project for the development of a Bogeumjari housing zone (five (5) - A project for the housing project (5) on December 3, 2009, No. 2009-1139, and April 27, 2010, publicly notified by the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs on April 27, 2010 - A project operator: Defendant;

2. Determination
A. Fact-finding 1) Each of the instant lands is located at the rooftop-dong, Seocheon-si, and surrounding areas are farmland and forests located within a small and medium-sized factory, warehouse, open storage, and a development-restricted zone.
B) Each of the instant lands is an irregular land used as a storage yard for industrial warehouse, raw materials, products, etc., and annexed land. C) The instant land can be accessible to sub-astronomical downtowns through coefficients and gambling roads, and accessibility to traffic facilities, such as the distances and accessibility to the Seoul outside Highway, National Highway 46 line, and subway 1 line, is common.
2. As a result of appraisal on each land of this case, a ruling appraiser and an appraiser entrusted with appraisal by this Court.
